We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our Corporate Accounting & Finance team. This is a high-impact, highly visible role at our U.S.-based headquarters in Warrendale, PA — and an incredible opportunity to grow your career while supporting a mission that truly matters. What You’ll Do”, “What You’ll Lead”, or “Key Responsibilities”

1. Financial Leadership & Team Development – Lead with Purpose

  • Manage and develop a team of financial analysts, providing coaching, direction, and support to help them thrive.

2. Deliver Financial Clarity

  • Coordinate and drive the annual planning and budgeting process
  • Lead the monthly financial reporting and analysis process, providing actionable insights to leadership and business partners.
  • Build accurate, flexible models and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
  • Enhance daily, weekly, and monthly metrics and dashboards through automation and thoughtful design to champion transparency and insight for the business.
  • Conduct regular pricing, cost, and gross margin reviews to identify trends, highlight risks and opportunities, and inform decision-making that supports both growth and profitability.

3. Own and Support Strategic Initiatives

  • Lead financial support for cross-functional strategic projects that align with our mission and amplify our organizational capabilities.
  • Play a hands-on role in driving high-impact initiatives tied to organizational priorities.
  • Translate financial insights into clear recommendations that support business objectives and operational execution.

4. Accounting Close & Compliance

  • Collaborate with the accounting team during monthly close to ensure accuracy, integrity, and adherence to financial policies.
  • Support annual audits and reinforce compliance with internal controls

5. Process & Systems Optimization

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the speed, accuracy, and reliability of financial reporting.
  • Leverage automation, data tools, and AI to evolve the finance function and increase efficiency.
  • Build scalable, repeatable processes that empower faster, smarter decision-making at all levels of the business.

“What You Bring” or “Qualifications”

Experience, Education & Credentials, and Technical Skills

  • 5–7+ years of progressive FP&A experience; at least 2 years in a manager role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data & Analytics, or a related field
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • CPA or CFA a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, build financial models, and deliver business insight through data.
  • Expertise in modeling, forecasting, and analysis skills
  • Strong understanding of business systems, data structures, and the interplay between finance and operations.
  • Comfortable working with SSRS, SQL, Python, or similar platforms for financial modeling and automation
  • Experience working with automation tools, dashboards, or AI-driven platforms a plus
