Job Description

As Order Management Senior Specialist you will join our AMD BU. Join our Order Management team that is responsible for managing orders for Health System products. The team plays a key role in managing customer order operations across the CEE region. The team is responsible for handling complex orders.

Your role:

  • Coordinate end‑to‑end sales order processing to ensure timely delivery within the Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics organization.

  • Monitor orders across multiple channels, including returns, ensuring full visibility and smooth fulfillment.

  • Address non‑standard order flows, identifying root causes and resolving issues quickly.

  • Manage the administrative flow of sales orders and maintain accuracy in all order‑related documentation.

  • Lead weekly order book review meetings to support effective order allocation.

  • Pre‑screen complex and special orders, ensuring proper handling of exceptions.

  • Collaborate proactively with logistics, planning, production, and transport teams to prevent escalations and support continuous improvement.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have more than 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, especially in Order Management

  • You have a very good command of English (B2 level or higher).

  • You are an excellent problem solver with strong organizational skills (time and task management).

  • You take ownership and communicate effectively with others.

  • You have knowledge of SAP

Compensation&Benefits

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base annual salary range for this role is PLN 86,400 –PLN 115,200. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for 10% short term incentive with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
