As Pricing Manager Southern Europe, you will play a critical role in shaping the commercial success of the region by leading a high-impact pricing strategy across multiple markets.

More than a technical expert, you are a strategic leader and influencer, capable of driving change, challenging the status quo, and aligning diverse stakeholders around a clear pricing vision.

This is a highly visible role, partnering closely with senior leadership to maximize profitability, drive pricing maturity and support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deploy a value-based pricing strategy aligned with regional commercial and financial objectives

  • Act as a strategic business partner to Sales, Finance, and Leadership teams

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of ~10 pricing professionals across Southern Europe

  • Create alignment and engagement across diverse teams, including in matrix and multicultural environments

  • Own end-to-end pricing governance: price setting, discount frameworks, policies, and controls

  • Ensure consistency and alignment between pricing, tenders, and contracts

  • Lead pricing transformation initiatives (process standardization, automation, digital tools)

  • Improve pricing capabilities: segmentation, price increase strategies, margin optimization

  • Act as a change agent, embedding a modern pricing culture within the organization

  • Translate complex pricing data into clear business recommendations to influence key commercial decisions

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field

  • At least 8 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance or revenue management roles

  • Proven experience leading and developing teams, ideally in a regional / international scope

  • Strong track record in driving pricing strategy and influencing senior stakeholders

  • Strong analytical mindset combined with excellent business acumen

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Power BI and experience with ERP systems
