We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead and execute creative briefs of the Pattern brand from conception to execution. You will be part of Pattern’s internal creative team. You will become a key storyteller of the Pattern brand, its strategy. Through impactful visuals capturing the concepts based on project requests and company strategies. You will work closely with a variety of internal stakeholders, executives, as well as collaborate with a team of skilled creatives . We consistently push the brand and our creative team in new ways. This is a full-time role that will work from our office in Lehi, Utah.

What is a day in the life of a Senior Graphic Designer?
Own, concept, and execute a variety of projects for internal company stakeholders including content across:
- Marketing campaigns and website material
- Pattern products and offering

BFA degree in Graphic Design or related field
4-7 years of progressive professional graphic design work
Traditional design background with an emphasis or experience in brand identity
Ability to ideate concepts
Comfortable leading and executing projects
Advanced typography skills are a must
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign), Google Suite, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy, quality, and organization
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

What does success look like in the first 30, 60, 90 days?
30 Days - You are familiar with the Pattern brand, mission, vision, style, and expectation. You have established great relationships with your team and company stakeholders. Onsite direction from creative director or other art directors is available as needed.
60 Days - You’re working with individual stakeholders, project managers, and the creative team to oversee, execute and prioritize project requests. You feel comfortable working independently through projects.
90 Days - You now have a solid understanding for the work, processes, team collaboration and stakeholders. You are owning this role, communicating needs, and are effectively and efficiently building the Pattern brand.
What is the team like?
You will report directly to the Creative Director of the Pattern brand creative team. Collaboration is key as you will work with creative project managers, other full-time Art Directors, Graphic Designers, Photo and Video Directors and internal stakeholders to bring concepts and strategy to life. This team is data driven and results oriented, we push every project to be our best. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team and partner executives to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
