We are seeking an engaging Facilities Supervisor who wants to contribute towards creating and leading a team that is safe, passionate and focused on delivering their best to our stakeholders.

About You:

You will assist the Facilities Manager with the maintenance of all hospital facilities and equipment, ensure that work is carried out in line with OH&S legislation/industry guidelines/AS/NZS Standards and respective NSW Health Department policy directives and to the service standards required by the hospital. As a 2IC, you will be enthusiastic, share our common values of Integrity, Justice, Compassion and Excellence to get the best out of your team.

Selectin Criteria:

  • Relevant Trades Certificate
  • Class C Drivers Licence
  • Minimum five years Trades Experience
  • Excellent Supervisory skills
  • Sound working knowledge in the use of a diverse range of hand tools, power tools and associated plant and equipment.
  • Knowledge of various processes involved in the provision of preventative, predictive and reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Good working knowledge of OH&S legislation / guidelines.
  • Mechanical or Electrical aptitude
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Abilities to support various trade disciplines in provision of service delivery.
  • Strong Customer Service focus
  • Experience working within a Healthcare Environment

Desirable Criteria:

  • Proficient Microsoft Office Skills
  • Prior experience in the Facilities Management Industry
