OVERVIEW:

Summary Description

The Web Operations Specialist will be responsible for the daily retail website operations of category and campaign specific content in our content management tool, Adobe Experience Manager.  This position will optimize the overall Athlete experience on all sites and in Apps through supporting a specific category(ies) of business.  The person in this role will be a Content Management and Workflow tool expert and use this expertise to recommend the most efficient execution of category level strategies as well as maximizing Athlete experience.

The Web Operations Specialist will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution and launch of daily website updates as well as new product and eCommerce initiatives. They will focus on the management of content with the CMS tool, and work heavily in Workfront to coordinate timelines and and ensure timely completion of projects. This position requires someone who can communicate objectives and expectations and assume responsibility for the successful execution of the strategies within the business areas they cover.

Job Duties & Responsibilities            

Act as a subject matter expert within the Content Management System, Adobe Experience Manager. The Web Operations specialist is responsible for the optimal execution of all category and campaign strategies within the CMS tool. Responsible for ensuring on-time quality and accurate results.  Accountable for meeting and exceeding metrics including site KPIs to drive the business as well as Athlete experience metrics including but not limited to page speed.  Execution within the CMS tool included but is not limited to: building site content/schedules, triaging day-to-day issues etc.  

  • Building, scheduling, and publishing of site content

  • Serve as primary point of contact for website content changes and triaging

  • Subject matter expert in tools including new enhancements of CMS

Project Leadership in the Workfront Tool receiving requests from 20+ cross-functional teams:

  • Key partners to coordinate flow of communication include:  Category Merchants, Creative, Technology, Product, Experience and Marketing teams.

  • Ensure operational activities are completed on time and within scope of overall strategy noted in Workfront brief

  • Identify best practices of creation and execution of content in the Workflow Tool, Workfront, to ensure operational success within categories

The Web Operations Specialist is process focused.  They will be the subject matter expert in the categories/lines of business they cover to ensure the needs of their business areas are being supported by current tools/processes.  They will work with their manager if workflow/tool needs arise and process changes are needed. The Web Operations Specialist will train and onboard cross-functional partners on using the Workflow and CMS tools and serve as main point of contact for site creative processes across all areas of the site.      

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 3-5 years of experience

  • Minimum 3 years in eCommerce,  Marketing or Project Management environment

  • Adobe Experience Manager or any Adobe experience is a plus
