Job Description Summary

The Senior Demand Scheduler maintains the integrated demand plan by working directly with business line teams and in coordination with the supply & purchasing teams in the tactical fulfillment of the demand plan. Primary scope will be 7HA & 9HA Airfoils supporting Greenville factory, Belfort factory, Repair shops, and the Services business.

Job Description

Essential responsibilities

  • Optimize fulfillment of order backlog to satisfy customer needs while aligning to the targets of the business. 
  • Keep ERP systems and tools up to date and accurate to the current demand signal including incorporating the phase-in/phase-out process of change management.
  • Manage relationships with supply & purchasing pillars of the organization to proactively identify and resolve issues relating to the execution of the demand plan.
  • Track forecast accuracy and drive process improvement to optimize customer on time fulfillment within the segment.
  • Define & maintain appropriate stocking levels to support emergent demands.
  • Demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals/programs/processes for a demand planning segment. Use experience and expertise to solve problems, escalating when warranted.
  • Partner with new digital process excellence team to develop and operationalize digital planning tools.  This role will lead the digital pilot projects for the Airfoils Segment team to drive continuous improvements in this space.

Requirements:     

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • Strong experience in manufacturing / supply chain
  • Proven experience specifically in material planning / scheduling functio
  • System tool experience with resource planning (Demantra, ERP)
  • Fluent English language knowledge

If contracted in the US:

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $104,600 and $174,400. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.  

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus
