IT & Security Site Lead supporting Alcon Ukraine, you will be trusted to ensure seamless IT infrastructure operations and implement robust site security measures at our Kyiv office. In this role, a typical day will include:
Collaborating with local, regional, and global IT and Security teams to solve infrastructure challenges and uphold Alcon’s global standards
Leading the resolution of on-site IT issues, coordinating hardware lifecycle management, and supporting users with hands-on technical troubleshooting
Managing critical IT infrastructure at the site (LAN, telephony, printing, end-user devices, meeting room technology) and acting as point of contact for escalations
Driving compliance with Alcon’s global Information Security (IS) and Infrastructure Architecture (IA) policies, and managing execution of local remediation plans
Acting as Global Security Champion for Ukraine, coordinating annual security assessments, contractor oversight, incident management, and emergency response alignment with HSE
Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
Experience: 7–10 years of technical IT support experience; background in regulated industries (ideally medical devices) strongly preferred
Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of Microsoft End User Computing, LAN/WAN, telephony, security systems (CCTV, access control), and vendor coordination
Behaviors: Performance-driven, highly service-oriented, problem-solver with strong communication skills and comfort working in both local and global teams
Languages: Fluent in English and Ukrainian
