Job Description:

Based on company’s strategic plan, manage the handled products life cycle and portfolio, optimize and push forward short term, middle term and long term business plan, manage talent, to gain the maximized business result

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Strategy and Execution: Responsible for developing marketing strategies and programs execution excellence to drive sales of product managed
• Sales Engagement: Provide support to the sales team, including developing sales materials, sharing research findings, coordinating conferences, and updating market intelligence.   
• Evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing programs. Recommend and implement changes and improvements for future programs to increase business
• Analyze and interpret existing and potential market conditions and make recommendations to management.

Special requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent
• Minimum 1-3 years' sales/marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, at least 3 full years experience in central marketing
• Strong analytical and creative thinking with good project management ability
• Independent, self-driven, enthusiastic and strong team player
• Fluent in both oral and written English
