Job Description

Job Title: Associate, Talent Attraction 

Location: New York

Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter/Sourcer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles within Brookfield. This role requires a deep understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the HR and Talent Attraction team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including Linked In, industry specific job boards, social media, and networking.

  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and alignment with the attributes of a Brookfield leader.

  • Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.

  • Collaborate with the Talent Attraction team to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree; Preferably: Human Resouces, Administration, Finance or a related field.

  • 3- 6 years of proven experience as a recruiter/sourcer, preferably in a corporate environment (ie. Financial Services, Asset Management, Big 4 Consulting or recruitment agency setting).

  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in using ATS Workday, comfortable with data, reporting & analytics and other recruitment tools.
