As a Global Supply Chain - Manager Level 3 (Senior Manager), located in Redondo Beach, CA you'll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one.
This role reports to the Director Global Supply Chain Program Management within the Military Space Systems & Special Technology Products Business Units within Strategic Space Systems Division (SSSD). In this role, the incumbent selected will be required to serve in both direct and matrix leadership roles to GSC employees, with responsibilities to include job scope assignment, performance management and career coaching/development.

Salary Range: $164,300.00 - $246,500.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
