Job Description
We are looking for a detail oriented and proactive Senior Executive, Interline & Codeshare to support the execution and management of interline and codeshare partnerships. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining partner relationships, and supporting initiatives that enhance network connectivity and revenue performance.
The ideal candidate is analytical, organised, and self-driven, with a strong interest in airline partnerships and commercial operations.
Support the implementation and ongoing management of interline and codeshare agreements.
Coordinate with partner airlines on operational, commercial, and system-related matters.
Monitor partnership performance and prepare regular reports and analysis.
Assist in identifying potential new partners and support onboarding activities.
Work closely with internal teams including Network Planning, Revenue Management, Sales, and Operations.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in fare filings, ticketing processes, and settlement procedures.
Support troubleshooting of interline and codeshare issues (ticketing, proration, billing, etc.).
Maintain proper documentation of agreements, processes, and workflows.
Understanding of airline commercial operations, particularly interline and codeshare frameworks is preferred.
Solid numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data.

A Levels, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Business, Aviation, Economics, or a related field.
Previous experience in airline commercial functions, preferably in interline, codeshare, revenue management, or network planning is a plus.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Comfortable building clear, structured, and visually compelling presentations using Google Slides or Microsoft PowerPoint
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including charts, pivot tables, and data analysis
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, self-motivated, and solution oriented mindset.
Familiarity with industry standards and systems including: IATCI, IATA TTBS, IATA Clearing House, e-ticketing and multiple PSS’s is a plus.
Experience within the aviation or airport ecosystem is preferred.
