Job Summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced Sr. Java Developer to lead a team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications and systems. This role is crucial in ensuring high-quality software delivery and innovation within our organization. The successful candidate will contribute to our business objectives by delivering scalable and efficient Java solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Software Requirements

• Required:
  • Extensive knowledge of Java programming, including Core Java (Collections, Multi-threading, Performance Optimization)
  • Proficiency with Spring Boot and SQL
  • Experience with JUnit 5 and Mockito for testing
• Preferred:
  • Familiarity with Microservices architecture, Kubernetes, Docker
  • Basic UNIX commands
  • Basic knowledge of Python/Shell Script

Overall Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Java developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Develop and maintain Java-based applications and systems, ensuring they meet business requirements.
• Design and implement scalable and efficient Java solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and drive innovation.
• Write efficient, scalable, and testable code using Core Java, Collections, and Multi-threading.
