Your role and responsibilities 

ABB Motion in Lithuania is seeking a Field and Operation Service Manager. In this position you will lead a team of service engineers working with Motion products and systems. You will help execute the service strategy and boost growth by focusing on delivering timely, high-quality and cost-effective service offerings, solutions and projects. 

Work model: #Li-Onsite  

This role contributes to the Motion Business in the Lithuania. Main stakeholders include customers, field service teams, sales, project execution, and supply chain partners. 

You will be mainly accountable for: 

• Ensure strong customer focus and superior service delivery

• Lead, develop, and motivate the service team

• Drive HSE, compliance, and adherence to standards

• Oversee end‑to‑end service and project operations

• Establish processes, KPIs, and governance frameworks

• Promote Lean, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction

• Manage service orders, reporting and documentation

Qualifications for the role 

• Previous experience in Service Operations with strong customer‑facing exposure

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar, and industry knowledge within a technical/industrial environment, preferably with industrial equipment, motors, drives, or similar technologies

• Advanced skills in coordinating field service teams and driving operational performance

• Strong soft skills such as leadership, problem‑solving, decision‑making, and communication

• You are passionate about developing people, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional service outcomes

• Fluency in Lithuanian and English allows seamless collaboration across teams and markets

• Valid B‑category driver’s license

• For this position you will need to hold electrical safety certificate AK or have the possibility to obtain one

While the final salary will depend on the candidate’s qualifications and experience, the starting base salary for this role is 4200€/gross per month. In addition to the salary, we offer a company car, an annual performance-based bonus, private health insurance, and sports compensation.
