Job Description:

As As Go-To-Market Specialist you support strategies for profitable growth across industry segments, including go-to-market plans and growth roadmaps. You drive growth initiatives cross-functionally and launch new capabilities.

You work closely with a variety of cluster stakeholders and support functions including Business Planning, Customer Communications, Revenue Management and Industrial Engineering.  You will also work closely with Region Go-to-Market partners. The position has strong emphasis on lead management and marketing automation.


Responsibilities And Duties

  • Collect insights and develop a deep understanding of the market situation, industry segments and its dynamics
  • Facilitate the ideation process mapping on gaps and emerging opportunities
  • Conduct field research to understand customer needs and identify opportunities to enhance the value propositions of UPS
  • Conduct Market Intelligence research, identifying advantages and areas for improvement
  • Develop growth strategies for targeted segments, including business cases, value propositions, growth initiatives and launch plans on an ongoing basis
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to execute planned growth initiatives (incl. webinars, events…)
  • Create supporting tools for Sales to drive targeted growth
  • Create presentations on market, growth plans, initiative results etc. for senior management
  • Run reporting on KPIs and initiatives results, provide insights for drivers and corrective action plans
  • Manage the Marketing Lead processes & quality, review and propose enhancements, incl AI and overall Marketing automation
  •  Working closely with Sales for feedback loops regarding Marketing leads and improvements


 

Knowledge And Skills
 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree – preferably Marketing, Logistics or Business Administration with at least 1 year of work experience.
  • You have excellent analytical, communication and data management skills.
  • Advanced skills in MS Powerpoint, Excel and Access are a great plus
  • Experience and knowledge in lead management, trade marketing and similar functions is preferred
  • You are self-driven and have a high degree of accuracy and accountability
  • You are curious to understand complex problems and think outside the box
  • You are fluent in English, Dutch and/or French is an advantage
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and communicating with a wide variety of stakeholders
