Our Team serves as a central point of contact for delivering consistent, efficient, and high-quality HR support across the organization. Our role is to handle core HR operations including employee lifecycle services and off boarding.

Partner with the best

As a People & Culture Professional - Enterprise Services, you will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for the successful execution of one or more HR Operations process(s)
  • Manage service delivery metrics and/or third-party supplier performance in relation to assigned processes
  • Drive increased productivity and compliance through process improvements, standardization and simplification within assigned area (s)
  • Foster a culture of customer service excellence and continuous process improvement by providing “Best in Class” customer service and advise on complex questions/requests from employees, businesses and HR partners
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, timeliness and quality to ensure compliance with relevant legal and Baker Hughes policy requirements
  • Develop effective relationships with stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills and proactive communication
  • Continuously build and share area of expertise; keep current with internal and external updates and changes
  • Provide ad-hoc operational support for assigned process

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management
  • Have Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Operations, Benefits
  • Have a Strong customer service focus, with the ability to anticipate customer needs with a high level of responsiveness
  • Have Prior professional work experience in dealing with government agencies (CNAS, CNR, etc..).
  • Have Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in French and English
  • Have solid judgment to ensure integrity, compliance, and confidentiality
  • Have a Passion for continuous process improvement and simplification
  • Have Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to organize and analyze data
  • Have Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Have a Working proficiency in the Arabic Language.
  • Have Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Have the motivation to work independently or as part of a team environment.
