Job description:

End-to-End Project & Service Management

  • Lead and execute end-to-end project management activities for workplace and facilities initiatives, from initiation through to completion and post-implementation review.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business requirements and workplace service standards.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including Gantt schedules, milestone trackers, and dependency maps to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate project mobilization activities including egress and ingress arrangements, swing space planning, and go-live readiness across impacted floors and teams.
  • Manage simultaneous workstreams across multiple floors or buildings, ensuring priorities are balanced and resource constraints are proactively addressed.

Performance Monitoring & Quality Assurance

  • Monitor service delivery performance using defined KPIs and metrics, producing regular status reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and management.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly project and operational status reports, highlighting progress, blockers, upcoming milestones, and required decisions.
  • Conduct quality reviews of completed works and vendor-delivered services, ensuring outputs meet Accenture standards and stakeholder expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency within workplace service delivery, and contribute to - --implementing best practices.
  • Maintain comprehensive project and operational documentation including risk registers, issue logs, meeting minutes, and lessons learned repositories.

Risk Management

  • Proactively identify, assess, and document project and operational risks across assigned workstreams, maintaining an up-to-date risk register throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans in collaboration with project sponsors, stakeholders, and service delivery teams.
  • Escalate high-severity risks and issues to management in a timely manner with recommended courses of action and impact assessments.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Conduct stakeholder briefings and communications to align expectations on project scope, schedules, swing space arrangements, and service disruptions.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal clients, building administration, vendors, and cross-functional Accenture teams, as needed

Educational Requirement:

Must have:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree

Skills and Work Experience

Must Have:

  • More than 5 years of experience in facilities management
  • Experience in project management, with the ability to lead and execute end-to-end initiatives including scope definition, planning, scheduling, and delivery.
  • Experience in risk management, with the capability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks through effective contingency planning.
  • Experience in stakeholder communication, with strong interpersonal skills to align expectations and manage relationships across teams, vendors, and clients
  • Experience in performance monitoring, including tracking KPIs, preparing reports, and ensuring service quality.
  • Experience in multitasking and coordination, with the ability to manage simultaneous workstreams across multiple locations while balancing priorities and resources.
  • Experience in people management, with proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve organizational goals.
