Your Day to Day  

As a number processing specialist, you would be working on: 

  • Process all types of ports --- Using Fusion, Salesforce, and carriers’ portals.

  • Create or update any feature such as CID/411/E911 to existing or new phone numbers --- Using our Internal tools.

  • Changes on PBX such as CID, Company Name Change, and PBX Moves

  • Purchase of new numbers, Cancellation of existing numbers, Account Cancellation

  • Daily communication with different departments, answering questions of accounts and cases assigned to our department --- Using our Slack Channels to assist our internal customers.
     

 

What We’re Looking For 
As a number processing specialist, your background will look like: 

  • 1-2 years of customer service and/or technical support experience in a call center environment.

  • Time management in a Hybrid work enviroment

  • Back office processing exprience

  • Basic understanding of the SIP signaling and VoIP technology (desirable).

  • Technology enthusiast and eager to learn and master new tools, with ability to do deep research to explain customer queries. 

  • Problem solving and growth mindset.

  • Advanced communication skills in English above 85% (written and spoken) .
