Do you love working with people and want an opportunity to help them find their new home? AMLI Residential has an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant at our 2 luxury apartment communities in Bellevue, Washington.

 

As the Multi-Site Leasing Consultant , you are responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. Our Leasing Consultants interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve the property's maximum occupancy. You also have the opportunity to plan resident events and put your marketing skills to work. Our "SMART Office" technology engages our customers and creates more sales opportunities for our leasing staff.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting at $21.50 an hour plus earn up to an extra 40% on average in leasing bonuses and awards.

Duties Include:

  • Lease to qualified prospects by showing available apartments.
  • Greet and qualify prospects, follow up on prospective residents, and market the community to prospects via telephone, Internet, and social media/networking programs. 
  • Process all required administrative forms, leases, and related information on time.
  • Provide quality customer service and timely response to resident requests and complaints; help residents and prospects before, during, and after leasing an apartment.
  • Maintain relationships with all apartment locator services and local businesses to provide informational material. Update periodically.
  • Maintain ongoing resident retention program under the direction of the Community/Leasing Manager. Shop competition regularly. 
  • Maintain professional appearance of the office, amenity areas, model apartments, and community. Ensure a professional appearance and manner for oneself.

 

 

Requirements:

  • We are looking for someone with two or more years related or sales/customer service experience
  • HS/GED required college is a big plus. 
  • Saturday availability is required (Closed Sundays).
