About the Role

Sanofi is globally deploying a transformative greenfield ERP system across all Global Business Units using SAP S4/HANA technology. This program covers cross-functional processes including Finance, Supply Chain, Trade, Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse operations.

Our transformation aims to:

• Enable and harmonize ways of working across all Global Business Units and Functions
• Simplify processes and enhance user experience with SAP Fiori
• Leverage SAP S/4 technology to improve performance and processing time
• Create a single source of truth across all sites
• Maximize business value through innovative solutions

As a  SAP Quality Consultant, you'll play a key role in implementing Business Value Projects (BVP) and enhancing our CORE solution. You'll support deployment projects at Sanofi sites according to our program roadmap, working within an agile methodology to drive digital transformation.

What You'll Do

Solution Deployment & Support

• Deploy the Core SAP solution at Sanofi manufacturing sites globally
• Lead value improvement activities to maximize business impact
• Support stabilization efforts during and post-hypercare phases
• Drive continuous enhancement and optimization of the CORE solution

Business Alignment & Process Design

• Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Apply Sanofi's global ERP template solution to maximize business value at manufacturing sites
• Support data migration activities for Batches and Quality Management domains
• Ensure integrated process design between S4/HANA and external systems (MES, LIMS, etc.)
• Create test cases and perform functional unit and integration testing
• Support key users during User Acceptance Testing

Change Management & Training

• Identify change impacts on end users' ways of working
• Define and implement actions to facilitate organizational change
• Train key users on new business processes and the S4 core model solution
• Promote the core model solution with business stakeholders and users
• Provide advice to improve cross-functional practices

Data Management

• Collaborate with key users to cleanse data in legacy systems
• Support data extraction from legacy systems based on new solution requirements
• Work with business and technical teams on data migration activities

Go-Live & Cutover

• Identify and execute cutover steps for your domain
• Support key users during business cutover tasks
• Provide hypercare support to stabilize the new solution

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

• Communicate transparently with colleagues and management
• Contribute to knowledge transfer and share best practices across domains

About You

Education

• BSc or MSc in Engineering, Supply Chain or Management

Experience

• 3-10+ years of professional experience, including 1-3+ years as a solution designer
• Strong experience with Quality Processes in SAP-managed industrial plants
• Required: SAP QM expertise

Preferred Experience (nice to have, but not required)

• HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) processes
• Production processes
• Warehouse processes
• LIMS and interface systems
• Life Sciences industries
• SAP S4/HANA

Core Competencies

• Knowledge of Quality business processes and relevant SAP solutions
• Understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulatory context (GxP)
• Strong project management skills with ability to adapt to changing environments, Agile, Scrum master experience
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to build effective networks
• Strong influencing, negotiation, and change management capabilities
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
