Role Definition

Expertise in developing the strategy and implementation of channel optimization & activation, digital marketing, campaign management, creative development, and public relations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing the business objective and opportunities to develop and align the marketing strategies.
  • Conducting market/competitive research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
  • Establishing metrics to monitor and review the effectiveness of existing marketing strategies, suggesting necessary interventions for improvement.
  • Maintaining effective internal communications in the marketing department to discuss and align the marketing strategy to the changing organizational scenarios.

  • Guides the team members in developing a marketing communication plan and strategy.

Top Candidates Will have:

  • Work closely with advertising agency and country management team to develop the overall the brand promotion plan with a focus on digital marketing in terms of short term and mid term
  • Ensure quality, consistency and alignment of brand strategy and execution plan is being upheld across the initiatives across business
  • Demonstrate expertise on brand knowledge and project plan management
  • Develop and deliver effective basic level and advance level training and education to Caterpillar India employees and our dealers
  • Lead the efforts to build a strong brand identity considering the new digital platforms in India as well as evolved Cat brand and corporate brand missions
  • Communicate effectively of the brand knowledge and key brand messages, brand guidelines, social media and digital marketing architecture
  • Provide India corporate brand strategy to business partners regarding brand vision, campaign strategy and digital marketing evolution
  • Perform an internal audit to ensure the needs and the goals of promotion plan is met and aligned
  • Manage brand budget and spending
