What Are We Looking For?

As the Head of EMEA Field & Partner Marketing, you will be responsible for enhancing our brand awareness in the market, fostering strong relationships with customers and partners, enabling sales, generating pipeline, and advancing deals to accelerate revenue growth. Tasked with both developing and executing regional strategies, your team will include field marketing and partner / channel marketing (alliances, GSIs, MSSPs, and channel partners). You will work closely with the rest of the global Field & Partner Marketing team along with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, and the rest of Marketing, to align EMEA field and partner marketing initiatives with overall business goals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of regional market dynamics and a proven track record in executing successful marketing strategies on a global scale.

What Will You Do?

  • Aligned with the global Field & Partner Marketing team, develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that maximizes pipelines and revenue in EMEA, while aligning our direct and partner motions (with, through, to) within region
  • Work closely with the EMEA Sales (Field) to target key accounts and accelerate deals including through ABX motions, being the voice of Sales back to Marketing
  • Collaborate with the EMEA Partner team to effectively find, engage with, grow, enable (e.g. training, sales collateral, playbooks, marketing assets), and co-market with the partner ecosystem to effectively sell and position our cybersecurity solutions
  • Work with corporate events team to help execute corporate events in region, while leading the planning and execution of regional field and partner events to measurably expand awareness, engage customers and partners, generate demand, and accelerate deals
  • Leverage campaigns, messaging, and assets from corporate marketing to ensure a consistent voice within market to maximize reach and impact
  • Measure, analyze, and optimize the effectiveness of our field, partner, and events activities and provide regular reports to sales and marketing leaders and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Product Management to gather insights on market requirements and customer / partner feedback, ensuring that our solutions and marketing materials are aligned with customer and partner needs
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in the cybersecurity market, and integrate these insights into channel marketing strategies and activities
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities
  • Manage the EMEA field and partner marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to achieve marketing goals

What Skills and Knowledge Should You Bring?

  • 12+ years of experience in B2B software field marketing, partner / channel marketing, partner enablement or related roles
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and market expansion through field and channel marketing initiatives
  • Strong understanding of partner and channel sales models and experience in developing effective marketing programs to support channel partners
  • Proven experience working in a global or multi-regional capacity, with an understanding of diverse marketing and cultural nuances
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to measure, analyze, and optimize marketing programs based on data-driven insights
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a high-performing channel marketing team
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity products, industry trends, and competitive landscape
