TEAM
Our team mission is to provide comprehensive technical support to inventors, tailoring our support to match their specific needs. In response to the inventive endeavors of our clients, inventors, we expertly combine Woven City's technologies and services to offer optimal solutions. Whether it's crafting proposals aligned with inventors' PoC goals or accelerating their development and enhancements, we run alongside them, providing integral technical support. Also capturing the needs of inventors, we collaborate internally with Woven City developers to enhance our technologies and services. This collaborative approach ensures that we not only exceed the expectations of our inventive community, fostering a dynamic and innovative work environment within our team.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone to join our team as a Customer Engineer, Solution Architect for customer inventors, In this role, you will collaborate with our clients, Inventors, to design and implement the latest solutions tailored to their needs and you’ll assist fellow teammates / teams by solving important technical issues for our customers. You will need to have technical, communication, and problem-solving skills to excel in this position. You will report to the function manager, and this is a hybrid work style role.
All interviews will be arranged via Google Meet, unless otherwise stated.
