Position Overview:

The Manager, Global Marketing Operations within the Marketing Services part of Global Marketing Excellence, will lead the identification, development and implementation of the GME workflow process to drive effectiveness and efficiency for the GME organization. This person will build out the process and then ultimately will support prioritizing projects through the process in an effective and efficient manner. This person will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Services, Global Marketing Excellence.
This is a pivotal role in the daily operations of the GME. This position requires a dynamic individual with a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with creative and internal teams to develop a process that will support the development of creative work on time and with excellence. Overall, this person is there as a resource within the GME to help plan and manage schedules and deadlines and once the process is up and running will help support the traffic coordination of the projects and support the team with efficient and prioritized workflow.
This person will also work closely with all parts of the GME, Brand, Creative and the Digital marketing team who is responsible for the global Omnipod.com website. The process implementation and ownership will need to be inclusive of all parts of the GME, Brand, Digital, Creative and PR.

Responsibilities:
Process Ownership: Take ownership of the marketing services processes within the GME function, ensuring they are effectively documented, managed, and continuously improved.
Identify the right system for the team to use that maximizes collaboration and supports getting work done in the most effective and efficient manner
Develop new processes to support global marketing organization and implementation for various regional teams
System Implementation: Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of new systems and tools that support GME initiatives, ensuring they meet organizational needs.
Design the requirements and change management; develop learning modules.
Process Optimization: Analyze existing creative intake and creative project processes, identify areas for improvement, and design streamlined workflows to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, customer service, and IT teams to ensure alignment on processes and systems, facilitating seamless execution of website, brand and creative strategies and initiatives.
Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct workshops to educate on new processes and systems, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Performance Metrics: Define baseline and monitor KPIs key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of process changes and system enhancements.
Drive actions based upon KPI performance.
Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. In addition to light analytics as it pertains to workload and utilization.
Change Management: Manage change initiatives effectively, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and smooth transitions to new processes and systems. Connection to internal teams important.
Finance Partnership: Once up and running, help the GME and finance systems work seamlessly together and develop ways in partnership with the finance team to best manage the continuous streams of SOWs that come into the group.
Traffic coordinator: Once process up and running, responsible for making sure projects flow smoothly through the process. Work with GME leadership to prioritize projects appropriately to ensure the right projects are completed on time. As appropriate and if interested learn the creative development process and support teams as opportunities arise.
Team Player: open to support and learn other duties and is willing to help the team as needed.
Qualifications / Preferred Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
7-10+ years of experience in process improvement, project management, or systems implementation, preferably within a brand or marketing environment—ideally within a similar size and maturity to Insulet.
Understanding and respect Lean Six Sigma Practices and methodologies, Lean Practitioner a plus—always looking for way to define the problem and strive for excellence.
Proven ability to analyze complex processes and develop effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
Has experience with systems like Monday.com; Smartsheet, etc.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work on multiple priorities and willingness to have some fun along the way!
Physical / Work Requirements (if applicable):
Travel is estimated to be 20% inclusive of international travel
Work can be in-person, remote, or hybrid, based on employee preference. However, candidates must be able to work east coast hours and be available for international calls as needed and ability to travel to (this is not an exhaustive list):
Acton, Massachusetts (at least 8 times a year)
International initiatives (up to 2 times a year) No trips defined, but we are part of a global team
Project-related diabetes events, tradeshows, or conferences, often on weekends/holidays (few times a year).

Additional Information:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $99,800.00 - $149,900.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
