Manager, Business Systems Analysis
 

As a Business Systems Analysis you will be responsible for documenting as-is requirements for our existing systems and processes, working on gathering system information as requested by our security partners, working with our enterprise architecture team in introducing new technology to the organization and supporting our product owners in understanding the integration points and capabilities of third-party partners.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with product/development teams and provide technical expertise and documentation on third party integrations.
  • Work with business partners to document complex business problems and turn these into requirements that can be used by the product teams.
  • Work to onboard new technologies and move them through the risk approval process.
  • Help the risk team evaluate the technical risk of our vendor relationships.
  • Work to document the as-is state of our extensive catalog of custom software.
  • Execute on the corporate change management process as it relates to the software development teams.
  • Work with risk and security teams to complete audit requests and security questionnaires


Education, Experience, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.
  • Minimum 6-7 years of experience as a business analyst.
  • Proven ability to map business process and workflows, conducting gap analysis and document requirements.
  • Ability to analyze problems and resolve issues through resolution quickly and methodically.
  • Ability to document software applications through interviews, studying source code and by using the UI.
  • Ability to create clear documentation that can be understood by business and technical users.
  • Familiarity with writing SQL queries.
  • Background in risk or security analysis is a plus.

The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000.00 to $130,000.00. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
