Job Summary

Drive Indirect channel sales and revenue growth by establishing best-in-class sales enablement, programs and experiences that reflect the business, and industry needs by partnering closely with partners, sales, broader marketing team, and strategic partners. Position products and solutions to partners to establish global networking leadership position in market that drives long-term growth.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Communicates strategy and vision. Directs and motivates Marketing team towards excellent performance.
  • Represents organization as a prime contact on contracts or projects. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
  • Develops strategic partnerships and building of alliances with industry partners, networks etc. as needed, to achieve product growth objectives.
  • Consults with Marketing/Sales to identify, define, size and prioritize strategic analytics opportunities.
  • Engages stakeholders in both the development and launch of marketing plans.
  • Oversees the designing of new ideas and communicates potential uses for analytics across the business.
  • Coaches, mentors and advises Marketing staff.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Grow share of wallet in channel and manage best-in-industry Partner Program by recruiting, engaging and retaining partners (need goals, KPIs). Define white space opportunity for channel.
  • Manage MDF partner programs; utilize reporting to track marketing funds ROI.
  • Understand CB’s expansive solutions portfolio and serve as SME to channel on strategic messaging/positioning of CB Solutions. 
  • Increase brand awareness of CB’s global Secure Network Solutions. Measure awareness through brand health tracker.
  • Define new engagement model for key strategic partners to grow global network business
  • Drive awareness of CB Solutions to CB PSMs and Partners through integrated go to market launch plans, sales enablement campaigns and tactics. 
  • Executive Engagements/events – get right partners and customers to events to drive higher ROI for CB. Drive forward Partner advisory council designed to expand relationships and gain feedback and program effectiveness.
  • Account/partner planning – layer top account planning into broader strategic indirect marketing strategy.  Target accounts based on growth objectives, and target verticals/segments.
  • Partnership with Product Marketing, Brand, Growth, Channel Marketing. Serve as Indirect SME and voice of partners to advise on all aspects of marketing and GTM efforts and initiatives.
  • Identify and build relationships with technology partners (Cisco, Fortinet, ect) based on market leadership position and CB roadmap priorities.  Partner on key messaging and joint marketing strategies to reach joint partners and customers.
  • Lead team to support Indirect Channel Marketing – provide coaching, mentoring and advice to team members.  Be a positive role model to team and champions eNPS and team health.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation

This job can be performed in Colorado with a Pay Range of $178,169.04 - $293,978.92

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
