The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for a Stock Clerk that will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to organize, secure, and maintain all products within our warehouse. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be team-oriented, and possess basic computer skills. This position is full-time, on-site in our warehouse in Lexington Park, MD.


Responsibilities:
Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments, including verifying and documenting the contents.
Organize and store inventory in designated areas using appropriate methods and equipment.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently (training will be provided).
Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents to supervision immediately.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.


Qualifications:

Required: 
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required. We are willing to train entry-level candidates.

Skills:
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse management systems.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.

Pay Range:

This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI’s government contract for the work location.​
 

Minimum Required Hourly Wage:

$22.41
