The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is currently seeking Senior (Level 4) Business Operations Specialist to join our Chief Aerospace Office (CASO) Business Operations team in Everett, Washington. CASO has dynamic, multi-disciplinary teams responsible for ensuring safe, secure, high-quality, compliant products and services across the Enterprise, as well as advancing an enduring, and continuously improving global aerospace safety system. Our highly collaborative, integrated, and engaged Business Operations team is a key enabler for the organization's success.
This unique role would initially be responsible for providing Business Operations (management system and business integration leadership) support to the Executive Director, Enterprise Safety & Quality Internal Audit, to enable Internal Audit effectiveness and strengthen cross Business Unit partnerships. The Internal Audit organization is responsible for ensuring Boeing operations achieve desired outcomes through independent assessments and advisory services.
The role would then transition into providing similar support to the Executive Director, Global Safety & Regulatory Affairs (GS&RA). GS&RA is a global team that leads efforts to align global safety, security, and regulatory strategies; and champions safety initiatives with governments and industry. This role would require occasional flexible work hours to accommodate international team meetings.

Provide a framework for data-driven decision-making.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, WA.
