Position Title: Key Account Manager

Location: This is field work with remote parts.

Travel: This position requires approximately 25% travel annually within Bulgaria and Europe.

The Job:

As the Key Account Manager, you’ll be part of our sales team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to:

  • Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients to understand their needs, ensure satisfaction, and foster loyalty.
  • Identify Growth Opportunities: Analyze client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding services or products.
  • Coordinate Internal Resources: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client requirements are met.
  • Monitor Account Performance: Track and report on key account metrics, sales targets, and client feedback to ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Resolve Issues and Provide Support: Address client concerns promptly, troubleshoot problems, and ensure high levels of customer service and retention.

  • Proven experience as key account manager or similar role.
  • Bulgarian & English language on fluent level.
  • Driving license B.
