The Role

As a Back of House (BOH) Operator, you are the backbone of our store's operations. Your focus on detail and quality ensures every client's order is perfect, directly contributing to our success and our 100% Happiness Guarantee.

What You'll Do

• Receive & Organize Shipments Verify incoming inventory and keep our stockroom tidy.

• Process Outgoing Art Carefully prepare and package art for shipment, ensuring its safety.

• Manage Chain of Custody Securely track all art from the moment it arrives until it leaves.

• Assemble Frames Build our "Gift and Go" tabletop frames with precision and care.

• Prep Client Pick-Ups Ensure all completed orders are ready for a smooth handoff to clients.

• Support the Team Collaborate with the Front of House (FOH) staff to create a seamless customer experience.

• Work Peak Times Be available to support the team during our busiest days, including weekends and holidays.

Who You Are

• Experienced in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, etc.).

• Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail.

• A self-starter who can solve problems independently.

• An excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.

• A quick and eager learner of new tools and processes.

• Excited to work in a creative and dynamic environment.
