Your Impact
You will be leading the development and teams that delivers best of class technology that will change society as a whole, while furthering Axon’s mission of Protect Life and Capture Truth! You will lead some of the best and brightest program managers and engineering teams to develop the best possible products from early concept all the way to getting it to market. You will need to manage a team that can be agile, adaptive and creative to find the best solutions for the most critical of products – helping to drive functional collaboration.
As a Director of Engineering Program Management, you will own the entire product development lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond for a product pillar or group of pillars. You will own and adapt the process to meet the growing companies needs. Your role will ensure seamless execution and delivery, balancing customer needs with business objectives.
We make products for law enforcement, consumers and society as a whole – so being able to understand the balance and trade-offs to get the best possible products out there is critical.
