In this role, you have the opportunity to

Build a high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions of people in China, while advancing Philips digital transformation journey as a global leader in Health Technology.

You are responsible for

1. E2E membership management with focus on male grooming category business.

  • Work with BU Marketing team to develop annual member activation plan for trade in, trade up and trade more.
  • Work with sales team with focus on JD/TM/TIKTOK/Wechat platform for sales strategy integration from planning, execution and tracking review.
  • Work with MI/social/media teams for insight understanding, content optimization and promotion.
  • Lead MG CRM strategy planning, work with agency to ensure world class execution.
  • Track and review the progress and continually improve the registration rate & conversion rate.

Be the CRM key contact window to align strategy and performance with category team on a regular basis.

  • Aligning program calendar and communication strategies with branding and marketing team, regularly communicate with category team.
  • Be the consumer expert to participant business planning and reviewing meeting.
  • Support category team various activities such as new product launch, seasonal promotion from consumer perspectives.

2. EC CRM, be the key contact window for EC partners.

  • Work closely with key EC partners especially with ALI together with JD and DY to develop EC member strategy, activation plan and calendar.
  • Focus on ALI to develop close partnership with platform and effective programs to recruit and retain member loyalty, especially on 88 VIP-like high-quality consumers.
  • Leverage Global/Marketing/sales team/digital resources and assets to convert consumers.
  • Work with online sales team to ensure effective execution.
  • Track and review the progress and continually improve the conversion rate.

    3. Member Loyalty Engagement

    • Internally work closely with team member to optimize consumer annual engagement key program and member loyalty program for member loyalty uplift.
    • Track and review the progress and continually improve member repeat rate and CLTV through cross-category sales, member tiering upgrade
    • Link CRM performance with business growth so as to continuously improve strategy and operation.

    4. Be the innovator

    • Monitor and share the consumer/ category / industry trend and insight.
    • Establish cohesive and integrated data system on consumer profiling, behavior and feed into digital transformation to initiate new idea and test new concept to uplift consumer activation. Leverage AI for high efficiency and member performance uplift.

    To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

    • Minimum 3 years CRM experience
    • Strong E-CRM experience, familiar with Tmall or JD platform
    • Bachelor's degree or above
    • Experience working in EC platform, consumer durable goods, FMCG, retail, or cosmetics industry is a plus
    • Strong data analytics skills & market insight
    • Entrepreneurial, digitally savvy, creative and experimental in the approach to problem solving, with exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
