Key Responsibilities:

1.Lead and manage the PC console game operations team's LiveOps work, responsible for game monetization and live operations.

2.Develop and execute comprehensive game monetization strategies, including revenue models, in-game purchases, and marketing activities to maximize game revenue.

3.Design and manage game events and activities, providing engaging and retention-driven game content and rewards.

4.Analyze game data and market trends, provide data-driven decision-making and optimization recommendations to improve game performance.

5.Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution and timely response to live events.

Requirements:

1.Extensive experience in PC console game operations, particularly in monetization and live operations.

2.In-depth understanding of game business models and revenue strategies, familiar with designing and implementing in-game purchases and marketing activities.

3.Data analysis and market research skills, able to utilize metrics and trends to develop operational strategies and optimization decisions.

4.Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, able to adapt to the fast-paced and evolving game industry environment.

5.Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
