Job Description Summary

As an Order Management Specialist, you will be a key contributor to our global operations, managing the end-to-end order lifecycle—from booking to invoicing—while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in digital order management systems to support our business objectives.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Order Lifecycle Management: Own and manage the entire process from order entry to collection, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and customer requirements.

  • Data Integrity & Process Optimization: Maintain high-quality order data, implement changes promptly, and optimize workflows for efficiency across regions.

  • Customer Experience Excellence: Act as a trusted point of contact for global customers, handling inquiries on pricing, stock availability, and order status.

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze fulfillment lead times, and provide actionable insights to reduce delays and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Compliance & Risk Management: Validate orders against contractual, financial, and regulatory requirements before processing.

  • Logistics & Billing Coordination: Issue accurate shipping and billing instructions per international contract terms and monitor global warehouse traffic.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with logistics, finance, and sales teams across multiple geographies to ensure smooth operations.

  • Digital Tools & Systems: Utilize advanced platforms such as Sophia, MyOrders, Salesforce, Oracle, PBI and eOM to manage workflows and deliver operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, or Sales Operations within a global or multinational environment.

  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Oracle ERP and CRM tools is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to work across cultures and time zones.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a complex, cross-functional, global environment.

  • Knowledge of international trade compliance and logistics processes is a plus.
