Field-based key account specialist engaging with all relevant specialities and EEs to ensure the establishment of the Adult Immunization category across Turkiye.

Key Responsibilities:

Insights and Strategy:

  • Collaborate closely with field-based teams, including Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) to collect insights and feedback from healthcare professionals and HCOs.
  • Act as the central hub for meeting external experts, consolidating field-generated insights and aligning them with the team’s strategic initiatives.
  • Presenting Adult Vaccines to HCPs through a multi-disciplinary approach.
  • Addressing all HCPs queries during GDMs and in-chamber to ensure in-depth dissemination of Adult Vx studies and information.
  • Ensure that the insights gathered from the field are effectively communicated to marketing and sales teams for the development of tailored content and strategies.
  • Leverage data analytics tools and market research to analyze field-generated data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance adult vaccination strategies.
  • Maintain regular contact with field-based personnel to keep up-to-date with the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities within key specialities related to adult vaccination.

Sales and Marketing Support:

  • Serve as the key liaison between the Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to tailor marketing content and sales strategies to the specific needs of HCPs and HCOs.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure the impact of marketing and sales efforts within the adult vaccination sector.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators and make data-driven recommendations.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, healthcare organizations, and other external stakeholders (private insurance companies & etc.) in Istanbul and throughout Turkey.
  • Identify partnership opportunities with key stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Pharm-D or MD background with a strong understanding of Vaccinology
  • Experience in pharmaceutical marketing or insights roles, with a focus on adult vaccination being a strong asset.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. Ability to think strategically, make data-driven decisions, and adapt to a dynamic market.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
