Job Description:

• Infrastructure Management: Installing, upgrading, and maintaining hardware (servers, PCs, printers) and software, including cloud and network environments.
• Technical Support: Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, providing second-line assistance to users.
• System Security & Monitoring: Monitoring system performance, managing backups, and ensuring security compliance (e.g., ISO 27001).
• Network & Data Solutions: Configuring LAN/WAN/VPN, managing database systems, and optimizing network uptime.
• Documentation & Training: Creating technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals. 

• Education: A National Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent (NQF Level 6+). - Please attach to application
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in networking (TCP/IP, routing), server administration, cybersecurity practices, and ITIL/COBIT framework knowledge.
• Experience: Often requires 3–7+ years of experience in technical support, managed service provider (MSP) environments, or specialized ICT roles.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
