Associate Principal Client Delivery Executive – Support to Client IT Systems

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning the Relationship – Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring smooth delivery of IT services, proactive communication, and strong executive engagement.
• Managing Client IT Systems – Oversee the support to client-facing IT services, ensuring compliance with SLAs and operational standards.
• Driving Service Excellence – Monitor and optimize workflows, ensuring high availability, security, and reliability across IT systems.
• Influencing Outcomes – Represent the organization with confidence, negotiating outcomes that balance client needs with business objectives.
• Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities for process enhancements, automation, and service maturity improvements.
• Risk & Issue Management – Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to IT systems and service delivery.
• Governance & Compliance – Ensure adherence to security, regulatory, and contractual obligations in all IT operations.
• Structured Communication – Maintain clear reporting and governance processes for stakeholders, including escalation and resolution protocols.
• Supporting Growth – Collaborate with account leadership to identify new opportunities and position the organization as a trusted IT partner.

What You Bring

• Executive Presence: Ability to build strong relationships across client and enterprise stakeholders.
• Technical & Service Expertise: Solid understanding of enterprise IT systems, service management frameworks (ITIL), and client delivery models.
• Strong Communicator: Skilled at translating technical complexity into clear, actionable insights for business leaders.
• Agile Thinker: 8+ years in IT service delivery or client engagement roles, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in managed services, enterprise IT operations, and global delivery models.
• Financial Acumen: Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and operational performance metrics.
• Ownership Mentality: Self-starter with a passion for solving problems and driving results.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Flexibility to Travel as needed.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Bachelor's degree and 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
