Primary purpose of the role:

 The primary purpose of the role is to manage quality capability development for Countries in scope of Accord for Healthier life program and ensuring program objectives are met on time and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities :

• Manage development and maintenance of Quality Modules of Access Enabler Programs and delivery plans across the countries within the scope of Accord for healthier life program.
• Review The Access Enabler programs Quality aspects periodically and ensure any gaps are identified and corrective actions are implemented with target to meeting program objectives and delivery outcomes.
• Implement and maintain of processes, guidelines, and procedures in managing the Quality aspects of the access enabler programs.
• Provide support to Accord for Healthier life team members to deliver Quality modules  in the access enabler programs with the target to achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Provide clear and transparent reports, briefs and any relevant documentation on the capability development programs’ progress and performance to stakeholders and address any concerns and /or feedback from the stakeholders.
• Make all the Quality relevant supporting materials readily available to the PGS team for each step of their engagement journey with Accord country.
• Assess market’s Quality Capabilities and distribution practice for Accord countries & detect areas of gap and identifies challenges and opportunities for strategic collaboration.
• Support the markets with Quality best-practices & capability enablers by delivering ‘ Quality best practices sharing’ modules to the target countries with the goal of enabling enhancement of the country’s supply chain-related capabilities.
• Represent SOQ in the Country engagement process to enable seamless launch of the Accord program in each country  through capability building
• Ensure a continuous collaboration & fulfill the objectives of the Accord program
• Drive a continuous improvement culture within the organization and seek new ways of operating that improves efficiency and produce better customer outcomes and experiences.
• Conclude Pfizer’s engagement with the target country, with an emphasis on performance measurement and documentation and potential future partnerships.

Market access enabler program  :

Manage development and maintenance of GDP capability building Modules .

Delivery plans across the countries within the scope of Accord for healthier life program.

Review capability development programs, periodically and ensure any gaps are identified and corrective actions are implemented .

Provide technical support to External stakeholders as appropriate .

Ensure a continuous collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Represent SOQ in the Country engagement process.

SOQ Internal Training lead :

Support the implementation of all elements of SOQ Training systems,

 Manage and assign GDP training to internal stakeholders.

 Develop training curricula per function.

 Ensure Accord team compliance to Global standards.

Qualifications :

 Bachelor degree in Relevant field, 7-10 years of experience , GDP /Quality experience is required.

Self-motivated, confident with working independently .

Communication skills

Fluent English and French is a must.

This position requires frequent travels.
