Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your typical day will involve defining project scopes, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders to manage expectations and address any issues that arise. You will play a crucial role in driving project success and achieving desired outcomes through effective leadership and strategic planning. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate the mobilization and operational management of the Project Management Office. - Ensure that project deliverables are met on time and within budget. - Develop and maintain project documentation to track progress and outcomes. - Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project status. - Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in stakeholder management and communication strategies. - Ability to analyze project performance metrics and implement improvements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Cebu office.
