Generac is a global energy technology leader with a strong history of growth through strategic acquisitions. As the company accelerates its Industrial Energy expansion, we are seeking an Integration & Growth Director to lead end‑to‑end M&A integration efforts and ensure acquired businesses are fully aligned, scalable, and positioned for long‑term value creation.
This role is a critical post‑merger integration (PMI) leadership position, responsible for translating deal intent into execution. The Integration & Growth Director will own integration strategy, drive cross‑functional execution, and deliver synergies across operations, systems, and culture. Serve as the central integration lead, coordinating cross‑functional teams across HR, IT, Finance, Operations, Engineering, EHS, and other functions
Drive delivery of identified synergies, ensuring integration activities align to deal rationale and growth objectives
Ensure effective cultural integration and change management, supporting leadership alignment and employee adoption
Establish, track, and report integration KPIs, risks, interdependencies, and return on investment to senior leadership
Partner closely with business and functional leaders to define and execute post‑integration growth plans
Provide structure, prioritisation, and clarity across multiple concurrent integration and growth initiatives
Navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and complex stakeholder environments while maintaining momentum
Partner with the VP of Strategy to support integration‑related opportunities with Pramac across Industrial solutions
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 7 years of general business experience
At least 5 years of experience leading complex, enterprise‑level projects or programmes
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of dedicated project or programme management experience
Deep hands‑on experience in post‑merger integration (PMI), either buy‑side or sell‑side
Experience working within consulting, M&A advisory, or integration‑focused roles
First‑hand experience integrating businesses following an acquisition
Familiarity with enterprise systems and integration environments (e.g. ERP, HRIS, business process harmonisation)
Demonstrated experience leading M&A integration initiatives, including cross‑functional coordination and execution
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive outcomes without direct reporting authority
Strong executive‑level communication skills, including written updates and leadership presentations
Ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced, high‑change environments with competing priorities
Strong analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving capabilities
Broad business acumen with an enterprise mindset and decision‑making orientation
