What You'll Do
Train, manage, and develop a high-performing team of AI Live-Stream Executives, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Set clear goals (KPIs) for the team, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to support career growth.
Manage team scheduling and resource allocation to ensure comprehensive coverage for all regional livestreaming campaigns.
Design and execute the regional strategy for scaling livestreaming operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across all markets.
Create, document, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the entire livestream lifecycle, including equipment setup, OBS configuration, content preparation, and live troubleshooting.
Oversee the master livestream calendar, coordinating with production, local market, and tech teams to manage the flow of campaigns from inception to launch.
Manage the team's inventory of streaming equipment, oversee procurement, and ensure all technical assets are properly maintained.
Act as the primary technical authority and final escalation point for all critical in-stream issues, guiding the team through complex troubleshooting.
Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols to ensure all streams (both AI and human) meet high standards for production value, audio/video quality, and content accuracy.
Stay at the forefront of livestreaming technology, AI advancements, and industry best practices; evaluate and recommend new software, hardware, and platforms to maintain our competitive edge.
Aggregate and analyze team performance data, translating raw metrics into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients and senior leadership.
Serve as the key operational contact for senior internal stakeholders (e.g., Design, Tech, Regional Leads), ensuring clear communication and alignment on campaign objectives.
Guide the team on content optimization, including AI (TTS/scripting) enhancements and FAQ/audience engagement strategies, based on performance data.
Who You Are
3-5+ years experience managing and mentoring technical or production teams.
Mastery of live-streaming software (OBS, vMix) and A/V hardware.
Proven experience with platforms like TikTok Live and Shopee Live.
Strong ability to scale processes and manage complex projects.
Skilled in using analytics to optimize stream performance.
Excellent English skills with a background in high-paced e-commerce environments.
Nice To Have
Direct experience working for a live-streaming platform (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee Live) in an operational capacity.
