Sei una persona che si assume le proprie responsabilità, guarda al futuro ed è appassionata nel contribuire alla gestione sicura ed efficiente di un impianto? Attualmente siamo alla ricerca di un* Operatore/trice di Impianto per la nostra sede di Mozzanica (Italia), disponibile a lavorare su turni.
In questo ruolo sarai responsabile di specifiche aree o attrezzature all’interno dell’impianto. Metterai a frutto la tua esperienza e le tue competenze tecniche per garantire operazioni proattive, sicure e affidabili. Collaborerai a stretto contatto con il tuo team di turno per identificare tempestivamente eventuali criticità e risolverle insieme. Sei inoltre disposto/a a condividere le tue conoscenze e a supportare i colleghi meno esperti.

Responsabilità

• Garantire il funzionamento sicuro, affidabile ed efficiente delle aree dell’impianto assegnate, nel rispetto delle linee guida e degli standard aziendali.
• Gestire e ispezionare gli impianti di processo direttamente sul campo.
• Eseguire le attività operative pianificate e intervenire in caso di eventi imprevisti.
• Assicurare un passaggio di consegne efficace tra i turni, per garantire una comunicazione fluida e completa.
• Raggiungere puntualmente gli obiettivi formativi assegnati.
• Intervenire prontamente in caso di necessità.
• Monitorare e analizzare i principali indicatori di performance (KPI) per individuare opportunità di miglioramento.

Qualifiche

• Diploma di scuola superiore, preferibilmente in ambito chimico o affine.
• Patentino per la guida del carrello elevatore (costituisce un plus).
• Disponibilità a lavorare su turni.

• Solide conoscenze tecniche di base e capacità di svolgere attività operative in modo sicuro ed efficiente.
• Senso di responsabilità e iniziativa nell’utilizzare il tempo di lavoro per ottenere risultati sostenibili.
• Ottime capacità di lavoro in team e comunicazione, soprattutto in contesti a turni.
• Elevata attenzione alla qualità e alla sicurezza, con capacità di individuare potenziali rischi e adottare misure preventive.
• Attitudine alla condivisione delle conoscenze e al supporto dei colleghi.
