Your role and responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also demonstrate your practical skills by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is:  #LI-Onsite, (Baden office) 1-2 days per week
 

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Provide miscellaneous administrative support to the IP team.
• Prioritize and route incoming physical mails and ensure timely routing to the appropriate IP team members.
• Maintain physical legal files (creating new file folders and filing archive).
• Assist with the preparation, notarization, legalization, and shipping of legal documents.
• Review incoming invoices and coordinate with the finance controller to process for payment.
   

Qualifications for the role:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Law, Business Law, Business Administration, or similar
• Skilled in MS Office applications and demonstrates an organized, methodical work style
• High attention to detail paired with accuracy in daily tasks
• Consistent work quality combined with motivation to learn
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
