Position Summary You will lead regional distribution operations across India to ensure safe, timely and compliant delivery. You will work closely with supply chain, customer service, planning and external logistics partners. We value clear communication, practical problem solving and a customer-first mindset. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Own end-to-end distribution for the India region and ensure orders arrive on time and in full. - Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and internal carriers to maintain service levels. - Coordinate across planning, warehouse, quality and customer service to resolve delivery issues quickly. - Maintain and improve sales and distribution master data for accurate order processing. - Monitor distribution metrics and lead corrective actions to improve on-time and right-first-time delivery. - Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce cost, shorten lead times and improve customer service. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce or equivalent practical experience. - Minimum 5 years’ experience in distribution, logistics or supply chain in a commercial environment. - Experience managing third-party logistics providers and transport operations. - Practical experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, or similar order-to-cash systems. - Strong communication skills in English; regional Indian language skills are an advantage. - This role is hybrid in India with regular on-site presence and regional travel. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or other regulated industries. - Knowledge of export controls, customs and restricted market processes. - Experience in sales and distribution master data management and data governance. - Proven track record improving customer service and delivery performance metrics. - Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel or experience with data reporting tools. - Experience leading cross-functional change or continuous improvement projects.
