EBANX is one of the most successful fintechs to emerge from Latin America - and today, we are building a truly global payments company. Our mission has remained constant from day one: to unlock access and enable companies and consumers to participate in the digital economy, no matter where they are.

What started as a bold vision has grown into a platform that connects some of the world’s largest digital businesses with customers across 21 of the fastest-growing markets. We operate where complexity exists - turning local challenges into global opportunities, and building the infrastructure that allows payments to move further, faster, and smarter.

We are a team of builders and problem-solvers. We think globally, act with curiosity, and believe diversity of thought is a competitive advantage.
As EBANX enters its next phase of hyper growth, we are looking for people who want to shape the future of payments, expand what’s possible, and help connect businesses and consumers across borders.
Let’s build what’s next - together.

In this role, you will own Lifecycle management and process by helping to shape how our commercial teams work end-to-end - from Marketing to Account Management - ensuring consistent execution as the organization scales by translating real-world interactions into structured processes, lifecycle definitions, governance guidelines, and operational standards. By bringing clarity to complexity and enabling better collaboration and decision-making, you will directly support EBANX’s expansion and help our Commercial organization operate truly Out Of The Ordinary.
What your day-to-day will look like
  • Map and document end-to-end commercial workflows across the revenue funnel, from Marketing to Account Management, clarifying lifecycle stages, transition criteria and ownership between teams;
  • Structure and standardize operational processes, defining handoffs and interaction points to support smoother collaboration across global regions and commercial roles;
  • Translate operational knowledge into clear and practical documentation (playbooks, workflows, guidelines and visual frameworks) to support consistent execution;
  • Conduct structured discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand how processes operate in practice and consolidate inputs into structured materials for leadership decision-making;
  • Partner with Sales Enablement, CRM and Data teams to ensure processes are properly reflected in systems, reporting and adoption;
  • Monitor process performance, collect feedback from commercial teams and propose improvements to lifecycle definitions, governance guidelines and operational standards, supporting implementation tracking.
  • Manage a portfolio of projects with multidisciplinary squads
What you need to shine in this role
  • 4–6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, BizOps, Business Process Analysis, Product Operations or Management Consulting in a dynamic environment;
  • Hands-on experience mapping workflows and documenting processes using tools such as Lucidchart, Miro or Visio;
  • Experience working cross-functionally with commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations);
  • Project Management experience, from planning to implementation;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative information into clear operational insights;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex operational topics;
  • Fluent English (mandatory).
Bonus points if you have
  • Experience supporting CRM process implementation or collaborating with CRM/Data teams on operational definitions and reporting;
  • Previous exposure to revenue lifecycle design, commercial governance or scalable operational standards;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or related fields;
  • Experience in fast-growing tech, fintech, SaaS or consulting environments.
