THE WORK:
We are building a Capability Center where we continuously work to make processes more efficient, automating manual activities and driving efficiencies. Within the Capability Center, we are also creating accounting expertise to deliver value to the business through accurate and timely financials, analysis and insights of the Accounts Payable function. We are looking for accounting professionals with industry experience to create accurate and efficient processes that are optimized for risk and controls. We work closely with business partners across Finance and Operational functions on strategic initiatives, which ensures our accounting processes can adapt and scale ahead of business needs.
Manage close activities, present month-end results to management, and thrive on continuous advancement.
Advise on financial reports per regulations, and embrace challenges as opportunities while reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting financial and budgetary reports.
Proactively seek innovation to centralize, eliminate, or automate activities.
Review processes, implement controls, and dedicate to ongoing improvement to mitigate risk for the Client.
Collaborate with our global team to establish and implement global processes, ensuring SOX compliance and forward-thinking operational excellence.
The work location for this role includes a mix of working remotely and in an Accenture office (50/50 hybrid model).

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent practical experience.
CPA, CA, or other professional accounting accreditation.
Minimum 4 years of PTP and AP accounting experience.
Fluent English (min C1) with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in SAP ERP systems and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage escalations effectively under pressure.
Experience in managing transitions and leading cross-cultural teams across locations.
Minimum 3 years of experience working with Software and Platform Clients.
