The AVP, Financial Regulation Strategy and Federal Affairs for Government Relations will serve as Nasdaq’s principal representative to US federal and state policymakers, regulators, and industry associations. This leader will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy focused on building relationships with financial regulators and supporting all of Nasdaq’s business objectives- protects its license to operate, and advances the company’s position on key policy issues impacting the capital markets, listed companies, investors, and financial technology.
As a senior leader at Nasdaq, you will be accountable for shaping and executing strategies that advance our position as a global technology company powering markets and economies. This role requires a proven ability to set direction, influence across borders, and deliver measurable business impact in complex, regulated environments.
This highly visible role requires a seasoned policy executive who can navigate complex legislative and regulatory environments, build trusted relationships across political and industry lines, and communicate Nasdaq’s perspectives with credibility and authority.

The base pay range for this role is $143,000 - $279,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
