As the Manager of Pharmacy Product Development on the Integrated Value Acceleration Team, you will help design, build, and optimize innovative clinical services that improve health outcomes for patients. In this role, you will lead cross‑functional initiatives, collaborate with enterprise partners, and use data to shape product performance and strategy.
You’ll be part of a diverse, fast‑paced team committed to delivering customer‑centric experiences and accelerating growth across the enterprise.

Responsibilities
Product Development
  • Lead design, testing, and launch of new pharmacy products.
  • Manage product operations, including training, tech setup, and reporting.
  • Drive cross‑functional alignment, timelines, and risk mitigation.
  • Partner with legal, clinical, and compliance teams to ensure quality.
Performance Analytics
  • Track KPIs and share insights with leadership.
  • Assess patient outcomes with analytics teams.
  • Use data to guide product improvements and iterations.
Strategy & Planning
  • Identify and prioritize key opportunities across the enterprise.
  • Support communication and planning for major initiatives.
  • Ensure effective project management and cross‑functional execution.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in healthcare or retail strategy, innovation, or product development.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate in a matrixed environment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare business models.
  • Occasional travel (<10%).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Consulting experience.
  • Experience with payers or PBMs.
  • Experience with pharmacy-related cross-functional projects.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and Agile processes.
  • Experience with pilots or early-stage product development.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree required or Equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
