STAR Plus Waiver Program - Long Term Support Services
Location: Must reside in the Austin, TX, Travis County, TX area.
RN Manager - LTSS Clinical Care Mgt - manage a team of RNs, Social Workers, and Support Staff. Travel is required.
Position Purpose: Manages the care management team of licensed physical and/or behavioral health clinicians that serve long-term care members with physical/medical health needs and/or behavioral/mental health needs to develop and assess high quality, cost-effective healthcare outcomes. Manages escalations and care management issues related to members or providers.
Education/Experience: Positions overseeing RN and BH team members: Requires Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing or a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.

Current state's Registered Nurse (RN) license is required
For Superior: Resource Utilization Group (RUG) certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire. Must be RUG certified if overseeing RN team members
NOTE: Must be able to travel and supervise Care Manager field visits throughout Austin, TX and attend in-person leadership meetings, when needed. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel.
Pay Range: $102,900.00 - $190,500.00 per yearCentene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
