What success looks like in this role:
We are seeking an experienced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) professional with a strong interest in technology to join our team as a Technical Customer Support Specialist. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment who is familiar with self-service kiosks and restaurant technology systems. You will support users with hardware and software issues and act as a bridge between restaurant operations and technical teams.
Provide first-line technical support for kiosk and restaurant technology issues
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems related to kiosks, POS, and peripherals
Diagnose and resolve issues remotely, escalating when necessary
Support system incidents including outages and performance issues
Guide users through solutions clearly and professionally
Log and manage support tickets in line with SLAs
Collaborate with IT and engineering teams
Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base
Provide insights to improve systems and user experience
